COLD CASE: SISSY TINSLEY
Tinsley was last seen getting into a blue 1995 Chevrolet sedan outside her home on Baker Street in Toledo, Ohio at 8:15 p.m. on September 8, 1996. She was suspicious before she got into the vehicle and asked her mother to write down its license plate number in case she didn’t return. The vehicle was being driven by a Caucasian male. Tinsley has never been heard from again.

Nelson Andreu Sr.(Retired): Lt. Nelson Andreu served as both a Detective and Detective Sergeant with the City of Miami Police Department’s Homicide Unit, Lt. Nelson Andreu has an unparallel wealth of investigative experience. He investigated thousands of death related cases during his tenure with Miami P.D., including hundreds of murder investigations. Lt. Andreu often headed the entire Homicide Unit in a Commander’s Position. At times, Lt. Andreu was the highest ranking Officer in the entire Investigations Division at Miami P.D., acting as the head of the Criminal Investigation Division, consisting of nearly 100 investigators and support personnel. During Lt. Andreu’s last 10 years in the Homicide Unit, he was in charge of the “Cold Case Squad”, investigating hundreds of Miami’s open murder cases dating back to the 1940’s. Lt. Andreu and the investigators under his command solved dozens of previously open murder cases, bringing closure to family members who for years had anguished with unanswered questions and dwindling hope for cases involving their loved ones ever being solved. Nelson Andreu retired in 2002 at the rank of Lieutenant, Authored dozens of Non-Fiction police articles as well as a fictional novel about a Miami P.D. Homicide Detective entitled “Dead Red” and is now offering his expertise to the private and public sector in various speaking and consulting activities.
Jennifer Chase: is an author, freelance writer, and criminologist. She has authored three thriller novels “Compulsion”, award winning “Dead Game”, and “Silent Partner”. In addition, Jennifer is currently assists clients in publishing, ghostwriting, book reviews, copy-writing, screenwriting, editing, research, and writer’s assistant.
Gail St. John: Gale St. John was born in Toledo, Ohio; a somewhat shy woman, raised in a psychic family with her Mother and Maternal Grand Parents, practicing psychic and spiritual beliefs. Gale has been a practicing psychic since she was a child. She has been teaching psychic development classes and also doing private psychic readings for over 20 years now. Gale has more recently been featured on Gerald Rivera’s ‘At Large’, Larry King Live, CNN’s ‘Nancy Grace’ and Psychic Detectives, (Court TV ), “A Fateful Friendship” as an active working psychic detective. Gale spends a lot of time working on murder and missing person cases. Besides the spiritual gift to be able to sense many things unknown to most of us, Gale also served as a licensed private investigator.
