Debbie Snelling has more than 25 years of experience in finance, accounting, and tax, as well as technology and process engineering, Ms. Snelling brings a multidisciplinary approach to her work. She has led significant process improvement integrations with various enterprise resource planning (ERP) and business process management (BPM) systems (e.g., J.D. Edwards, Oracle); managed custom tax application development initiatives; and led Sarbanes-Oxley tax documentation and remediation projects. Ms. Snelling also has deep experience in income, sales and property tax disciplines. Ms. Snelling has broad experience in the hospitality industry. In addition to accounting services, Ms. Snelling has managed bankruptcy filings and financial restatements. She has also performed hands-on in the sale of assets and dissolution and reorganization of entities. As Director of Taxation for a publicly traded e-commerce company, she focused on state and federal tax minimization and tax operational performance improvement initiatives. Ms. Snelling has designed and implemented clients’ accounting systems. Additionally she has performed business consulting, including financial budgets and projections. As a consultant at Hewlett Packard, Ms. Snelling implemented worldwide operational metrics. Ms. Snelling has advised companies across a range of industries, including real estate, manufacturing, construction, consumer business, technology, and financial services.
